Debunking Common Myths About LGBH

Answering the questions we hear most often, with calm and clarity.

"LGBH is anti-trans."
No. LGBH does not oppose transgender people or their rights. It simply distinguishes between sexual orientation and gender identity, two realities that deserve their own clarity. Separating them is not erasing either one. It is giving each the recognition it deserves.

"Adding the H is pointless. Straight people don't need inclusion."
If inclusion means anything, it means everyone. Leaving heterosexual people outside the conversation reinforces the idea that orientation is only relevant when it's "different." LGBH says: orientation is a universal human experience. Everyone has one. Everyone belongs.

"LGBH tries to replace LGBT+."
Not at all. LGBH is a separate movement with a different focus. It does not ask anyone to abandon the LGBT+ framework. It offers an alternative perspective for those who feel that orientation and identity should be addressed separately. Both can coexist.

"This is just another way to divide the community."
The opposite. LGBH brings people together by including everyone, including those who have felt excluded from a conversation that seemed reserved for minorities. Division happens when people feel unheard. Unity happens when everyone has a seat.

"Why does it matter? It's just letters."
Language shapes how we think. When we name something clearly, we understand it better. When we confuse two different things under the same label, we create misunderstanding. LGBH is a call for precision, not division.
