Clarity

We use clear language to distinguish sexual orientation from gender identity. For LGBH, clarity is not rigidity, it is a condition for mutual understanding.

Respect

We honor every person, every journey, and every story. Respect means making room for difference without forcing everyone into the same narrative.

Unity

We gather, not divide. Unity does not erase differences, it allows them to coexist with dignity.
